Corporate & Posse Ticketing Process for Panorama 2025
Step 1: Submit a Request
Corporate clients are required to email media@pantrinbago.co.tt and panfestivals@pantrinbago.co.tt with the following details:
 - 
 •  Quantity of tickets requested. 
- 
 •  Name of the company or group. 
- 
 •  Contact person’s name. 
- 
 •  Email and contact number for the liaison.

Corporate clients will have the opportunity to enhance their Panorama experience by renting:
Rental details and costs will be provided during the invoice and payment process.

Step 2: Invoice and Payment Scheduling
 - 
 •  The Pan Trinbago team will respond with an invoice and schedule a date for the company representative to come in and make payment. 
- 
 •  Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to confirm the reservation.  
Step 3: Site Visit and Orientation
 - 
 •  A site visit will be arranged to familiarize corporate clients with the venue layout. 
- 
 •  All corporate clients will be informed of the rules and regulations governing corporate ticket holders to ensure smooth operations on event day.

To ensure smooth execution and a premium experience for all attendees:

 •  Coolers: No large coolers allowed; no coolers in aisles.

 •  Glass Bottles: Restricted, except for cases related to catering or premium bar services.

 •  Warmers: Prohibited in stands to prevent hazards.
